. The banter - their chemistry was through the roof and their conversations were hysterical. You could really feel the chemistry through their email communication. Loved the code names that were used - Henrietta (Hardy) and The Prof (Everly)
. The connection between Henrietta and The Prof - it's very rare that you feel the connection between the two main characters and you believe that they're meant to be together - Evelyn and Hardy are the rare couple. You just wanted them to be together and for Hardy to figure his sh*t out.
. Hardy Hopper - he is the most awkward golden retriever energy MMC I have ever read about - to me, he's perfect. Despite having millions of dollars (which is a trope I'm not super into, but for Hardy, I'll forgive anything), he just wanted to be loved and have someone understand his quirks. He just wanted someone who would look at him and be proud.
