Holly discovers that the cabin is not as advertised and was not expecting to share a very small cabin with an over 6'5" demon. She turns around to go back into the resort town and get her money back until she loses control on the icy roads when an avalanche covers her car and traps her inside. Azgoran saves her life and carries her back to the cabin to wait out the snowstorm.
During the days of the snow storm tensions flare as Holly trauma dumps her life onto Azgoran and he slowly warms up to her and starts to spoil her. They realize they are good for each other and that's when things get spicy.
I really enjoyed this book and Azogran was a perfect grumpy demon lumberjack. He's like an onion, has so many layers and every layer is worth digging into (even though I f**king hate eating onions). I ESPECIALLY liked their role-playing scene 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️.
